For a long time, Air India was the only international airline of India.

But like most businesses run by the Indian government, it was in tatters. The perception of Indian airlines around the world was, rightfully, poor.

So when Jet Airways, India’s largest private airline, was taking off to international destinations we knew we had a tough job at hand.

Its goal was to be one of the top 5 airlines in the world. But how do you differentiate yourself as a newcomer in what’s arguably one of the most competitive industries in the world? Well, you make some changes. You change your planes, change your livery, change your uniforms, change your service levels and CHANGE THE WAY YOU FLY.
